  • Our sessions are conducted virtually. In exceptional circumstances, we can facilitate a physical session. Physical sessions are considered ‘prime’ appointment times and would be charged as such. More details are shared in our terms of service contract. 

  • We charge within a flexible price range of N25,000 to N50,000 (local rate) and $50 to $100 (international rate) per session. Clients can pay anywhere within this range and adjust their rate based on their financial capacity throughout their therapeutic journey.

  • A typical therapeutic session lasts for 60 mins. Some sessions can be shorter or longer depending on the client’s needs. The number of sessions required depends on a client’s goals, needs, and therapeutic progress.

  • We will determine the most appropriate session frequency at the end of our first session based on your therapeutic goals and needs. In most cases, weekly sessions during the first month provide a solid foundation for building rapport

  • Yes, absolutely. You are free to withdraw from the therapeutic process at any time if you feel uncomfortable. Therapy is a collaborative process, and your comfort, safety, and autonomy are always the top priority. If concerns arise, we encourage you to discuss them with your psychologist; often, these conversations can lead to helpful adjustments. But ultimately, continuing or ending therapy is entirely your choice.
